Jackson West-TN Tennis Association offers two league types: USTA Leagues and Fun Leagues.
JWTTA provides several USTA Leagues and events throughout the year. A USTA Tennis League is the national recreational tennis league program. USTA leagues are open to USTA members only, though everyone is encourage to participate, and it is open to all adults. The minimum age to play is 18 years old and includes adult, 40 and over, 50 and over, senior, and super senior categories. There are also USTA youth leagues at various levels. JWTTA has USTA leagues including: Adult League, Mixed Doubles, Combo League, and Tri-Level.
Adult leagues cover the following NTPR levels: 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, 5.0 & 5.5. Click here for information on how to NTPR Ratings are determined.
JWTTA offers to its members local “fun” leagues for local play. Levels of play generally follow the USTA skill level categories, but with less regard for age considerations. One of our fun leagues is “Live Ball” — show up play each time for competitive and fast paced play.
